Seven hundred square metres of garden surround Villa Graziella on all sides. Mature banana trees, Mediterranean shrubs, and lush planting screen the property entirely — no neighbours visible, no noise from outside. The garden is maintained twice weekly, entirely out of sight, so guests never interact with it except to enjoy it.
The outdoor space is designed around three distinct zones: the pool and sun terrace, the jacuzzi and its enclosure, and the shaded pergola dining area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Each can be used independently or in sequence through the day.
Ambient lighting illuminates the garden after dark, turning the terraces and pool into a different kind of experience entirely.

The 10 sqm heated pool is the centre of the garden, fitted with an alarm for safety. Deckchairs and ottomans surround it on the sun-facing terrace.
The jacuzzi sits in its own enclosed corner of the garden, screened by planting for privacy. Both the pool and jacuzzi are maintained twice weekly. During cooler months they can be heated on request for an additional fee — making Villa Graziella a year-round destination, not a summer-only one.
Pool alarm system included for guest safety. Heating available outside peak season on request.

A dedicated dining area sits beneath a bioclimatic pergola in the garden — shaded in the midday heat, open to the evening air. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen handles everything from a casual lunch to a longer dinner. A barbecue is available for guests who want to cook outside.
Both terraces offer views over the garden and surrounding mountains. On clear evenings, the upper balcony takes in the sea and the lights of Eze village.
Private chef and welcome dinner available on request. Candlelit garden dinners can be arranged through our concierge.
