Such a great stay, thank you again!

Nous sommes venues avec des amies pour assister au Grand Prix et nous avons passé un agréable moment ! La maison est très belle, les lits sont très confortables (je le précise car ce n'est pas le cas de tout les airbnb) et notre hôte était adorable, disponible à toute heure pour nous ! Ioana was a delight and the best host with a beautiful, modern property. The location in Èze was perfectly situated next to the beach while close to other cities on the coast. Ioana was incredibly welcoming, caring and thoughtful setting up the home for my family. Don't think twice — if you're looking to be in Èze, Monaco or St. Jean Cap Ferrat area this is the most gorgeous home with best amenities. Can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic experience at Ioana's gem of a house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Ioana is incredibly friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect — peaceful, close to pristine beaches, super market, public transport and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ioana is a great host and this is a wonderful place for a perfect getaway. The beach is just 5 minutes away and it is one of the best beaches we've seen on Côte d'Azur — less crowded (practically few people unless it is weekend or very high season), water is clean and views are tough to beat. The villa is just as advertised and even better — you have all you need for a great vacation. Thanks for hosting us and we would be happy to come back again!

10/10 will recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area and look forward to staying again. Overall a fantastic experience with no negatives at all. Ioana was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was fantastic and surpassed expectations. Great location, very peaceful, short walk to the train station and a few nice restaurants nearby. Will look forward to staying next year again!

It's sad that I cannot put 6 stars for this place! I can't remember if I ever had a better Airbnb experience! We were a group of 5 people and the house was a perfect fit. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Èze, France!

Relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Design, pool, clean, location.

It was an amazing decision to stay at this place. We were very lucky to be able to book and have such an amazing holiday. Amazing location, silence, cleanliness, everything you need to relax, amazing hostess.

I cannot express enough how wonderful the stay was. If you have a chance to stay in this Airbnb, grab it — it was a gem. See you next year.

The host is amazing and accommodating. She is very helpful with everything from check-in to local recommendations on sights to see and restaurants to enjoy. The place is stocked with everything you need making this a perfect stay. If I make it back to Nice/Èze I'll definitely be looking to stay again!

היה מעולה אצל לואנה! קודם כל הוילה מהממת ומאובזרת ברמה גבוהה. אנחנו מאוד נהננו והיה שווה את הכסף. אנחנו נשמח לציין לטובה את לואנה בעלת הנכס, בחורה מדהימה שעזרה לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים והייתה זמינה בכל עת לכל שאלה שהייתה לנו ואפילו עזרה לנו להזמין כמה פעמים מקומות למסעדות. הקרבה לים היא יתרון משמעותי. ממליצים בחום!

Very beautiful and peaceful villa, and thanks to the kindest and most caring host.

Absolutely brilliant. We landed here after a month of endless work and it was the perfect respite before heading home. Ioana was an incredible host: kind, patient, relatable, relaxed. She cares about us having an excellent experience and I can't wait to go back. The pool was smaller than I expected, but was perfect for our group of 5. The hot tub is clean, new, lovely. The beach really is a 3 minute walk and it's lovely!! There aren't any supermarkets or bakeries nearby, so we were very glad to have a car. Thank you Ioana!!

Recomiendo la casa de Ioana encarecidamente. Estuvimos muy felices los 4 días en Èze en su casa, muy amigable. Estuvimos mi esposo y mis 2 hijos, para 4 personas el espacio perfecto, excelente anfitriona. Gracias por las cortesías a nuestra llegada y por permitirnos el early check-in. Celebramos aniversario de casados y cumpleaños de mi esposo en Mónaco, al cual llegas en 10 minutos en Uber desde su casa. Ubicación perfecta para pasar por la Riviera francesa — es como un hotel boutique con todas las comodidades, pero grande!! Restaurantes muy buenos cerca, caminando. Gracias Ioana, seguro regresaremos 🫶🏻

The house was spacious — 3 rooms with en suite bathrooms. Clean. You can walk to the beach and a couple beach restaurants. Small pool. Outdoor BBQ area. Open kitchen. Safe. And the host was communicative and helpful. Thank you!

If ever you should be happy that the landlady lives in the same house, this is it. You do not hear or see anything but support is available if needed. Very clean, modern and beautiful place. Location is fantastic. House is very functional. We will come back.

We had the best week at this villa, I couldn't recommend it any more! Very spacious, well equipped and inviting. The pool was a perfect size for our 6 year old! Ioana was the best host, welcoming us on arrival and showing us around! She even sorted out a very last minute babysitter for us after one we had booked let us down! She was also flexible on our check out time which was super helpful with a small baby! The location of the villa is also spot on! You can walk to the beach front and Ubers find the location easy to get to. We couldn't ask for any more. Thank you Ioana for a lovely stay.

Absolutely perfect stay. Ioana is a super-host like no other. We greatly appreciated her responsiveness and availability (even at the very last minute). The area is ideally located, walking distance from a charming quiet and clean blue water beach. The place is very comfortable and very nicely decorated. We felt like in a 5 star designer boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bedding of high quality. WiFi was working perfectly, the A/C in every room helped a lot during hot summer days. We did not have time to enjoy the barbecue but it will be for next time. Thank you again Ioana, we had the most wonderful days.

Can't recommend this house highly enough. Amazingly furnished and well run. Ideal location with all the mod cons offering the best stay ever. Ioana the hostess is super helpful and went beyond to make us welcome and was full of advice for the local area. Great place and stay.

Awesome host. The house was very clean and perfect location near the train station. We had an amazing stay there. Definitely recommended.

Incredible home! The location is ideal, it's super close to the beach, and all main roads that go through Èze, so it's perfect if you're driving or walking. The house itself is so gorgeous, newly renovated and equipped with everything that you would need. The exterior is great fun, with a barbecue, outdoor seating area, pool, and multiple places to chill out. We spent a lot of time in the home and by the pool — I'd highly recommend to visit during the summer or in sunny weather. Ioana and her husband Sabino are extremely responsive, and close by if you have any problems or have any questions. We had a great time and will definitely stay here once more if we pass through Èze again. Thank you for a great holiday.
